Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of pallidan.com and every page on it. Reading the site means you accept them.

Pallidan is a sole proprietorship operating under a trade licence in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The full registered address is available on request from legal@pallidan.com.

In this document, Pallidan, we and us mean that business. You means anyone reading or using this website.

What this website is

Pallidan is a digital growth agency. We run brand, web, product, custom software, AI, search, social and paid acquisition for a small number of clients as one combined engagement.

This website describes that work. It carries no pricing, no order form and no account, and using it creates no relationship between us beyond the terms on this page.

Ownership of the work shown here

The design of this website, its copy, its code, its wordmark and the name Pallidan belong to us. Copying any of it, or producing a derivative of it, requires our written permission.

The work displayed in the capability index and in the design marquee was produced by our team and by the designers we build with, under Pallidan engagements. Pallidan holds the licence to show it here. The individual authors keep the rights they hold in their own work, and enquiries about a specific piece can go to legal@pallidan.com.

Trademarks belonging to other companies appear where we describe the platforms we work on. Those marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the platform.

How engagements work

This clause sets out the terms on which we take work on.

  • We take on four partnerships a quarter.
  • Every engagement opens with a two-week diagnostic, before any build work is scoped or priced.
  • We work on retainer for a minimum committed term. Month-to-month arrangements fall outside what we take on.
  • We decline paid acquisition work where the site receiving the traffic has problems we have been asked to leave alone.

All of it is a statement of practice. It becomes binding only in a signed scope of work between you and us. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here obliges either of us to enter into an engagement.

Acceptable use

You may read this site, link to it, and quote from it with attribution.

You may not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system connected to it
  • request it at a rate that degrades it for other visitors
  • scrape its content to train a model without our written permission
  • reproduce its design or its copy for a competing site
  • misrepresent your relationship with Pallidan

No warranty

This website is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that everything on it is complete and current at the moment you read it.

Nothing here is professional advice. Descriptions of our approach, our standards and our results are written to explain how we work, and any decision you take on the basis of them remains yours.

Figures describing past work are given for context. They describe outcomes reached with particular clients under particular conditions, and they guarantee nothing about what a future engagement will produce.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data and business interruption, whether or not that loss was foreseeable.

Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's own terms rather than by this page.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page records when they last changed, and a revised version applies from the moment it is published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this clause leaves untouched any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
